Yes. We accept 4 dogs at £20.00 per dog per stay. We may accept more than 4 dogs, by prior arrangement, depending on size and breed.

Yes. All bed linen, bath towels and hand towels are supplied in the rooms. We also supply separate spa towels and tea towels.

Yes, we supply enough dishwasher tabs for your stay. We also supply washing up liquid, multi surface cleaner and dishcloth plus hand soaps for all sinks.

Teabags, instant coffee and sugar and milk are provided for your arrival, although probably not enough for your whole party during your stay. There is also a Nespresso machine, for which we supply a small number of pods, as well as a cafetière and milk frother.

Yes. There are access ramps to the front and rear entrances to the house. The rear garden is split level and fully accessible via a ramp. There are patio doors into the spa hut, and most downstairs bedrooms have wide doors. The en-suite bathrooms are equipped with shower cubicles, although the shower trays are slightly raised.

We have a large gas and charcoal BBQs. We supply gas, however you will need to bring your own charcoal.

We make every effort to ensure that the hot tub is ready to use on arrival, or as early into your stay as possible.
However, we disinfect, drain and replace the water for each set of guests, so under certain circumstances such as a back to back changeover or extreme cold weather, the spa may not be up to temperature until late on the evening of your arrival or even the next morning.

It is not recommended that children under 5 use the spa facilities.
Use by under 14 year olds should be limited to less than 15 minutes, and only under strict adult supervision.

We adhere to HSG282 regulations to comply with Health and Safety Legislation.
This requires us to test the water at least once a day, and adjust the chemical balance as necessary. We will try to be as unobtrusive as possible. There may be times when we need to close the hot tub while we treat it. Usually this will not be for more than an hour, and we will inform you at the time.
To help us maintain the water quality and therefore the safety of the spa, it is vital that you shower fully, with soap/shampoo, prior to getting into the hot tub every time you use it.

There is sufficient parking for 10 or more cars on the driveway.

Yes. There is a metered 13 amp outdoor socket at the front of the house for this purpose. The cost of charging your car is 25p per kw/h.
It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles from any other power point.

There is a Sainsbury's and a Co-Op in Lampeter, 7 miles away. Tesco, Asda and Morrisons deliver to our address.
Also, there is a well stocked Cost Cutter five ,miles away in Felifach.

The Gilfach Inn in Mydroilyn is 3.5 miles away, and reachable by car. The Tafarn Cefn Hafod is in Gorsgoch and is a two mile walk via a footpath or a 4.2 mile drive.
