Our group varied in ages from 5 years old up to 69 years and there was so much to do (lovely garden, hot tub, arcade games, pool table, movies & games console and even a piano!). The kitchen/diner is large and well stocked for group cooking which, we loved! The hot tub & sauna is a fabulous addition and we found the owners to be really welcoming and helpful. They were always on hand if we needed assistance.

Just arrived home after 3 nights here and I have to say the experience was amazing. 26 of us stayed here for a birthday, being a large party we were dubious about this type of thing as we hadn’t done it before, however we will be booking again. From the moment we booked, Andy and Claire were amazing with replying to messages or calls etc. They truly went above and beyond for their guests. The villa, caravan and pod (we booked all 3) were simply perfect. Spotlessley clean and everything you need there. The pool table, games consoles, hot tub, sauna etc were all used all the time we were there and did not disappoint. We were celebrating a big birthday on one night and had live entertainment there (we had previously asked if this was ok and it was fine) and even invited Andy and Claire to join us, which they did for a bit. The beds were comfy, the house was homely and you didn’t need to take a single glass, plate, towel etc as everything was already there to meet and exceed requirements. I would highly recommend this place and we are already looking at booking for next year again. Thank you both for making the experience perfect.

What a place. Absolutely perfect for spending time with a group of family or friends. Beautifully appointed and furnished. All ages catered for. We were a party of 22 made up of 16 adults, 6 children (aged from 2-14) and 2 dogs. A fabulous time was had by all. Every little detail has been well thought out to ensure there is something for everyone. Modern furniture, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds. Modern, spotless bathrooms. Can not recommend or rate this property highly enough.

This house was perfect for our large family to spend some quality time together. It was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed to keep us busy for a full week. The rainy weather was not a dampener to our holiday at all, as the house had everything to keep all age ranges happy.

This property is outstanding. We had 19 people staying ages ranging from 2 to 89 and this place had something for every age. The main space is very sociable. It says parking for 7 vehicles but we had 8 cars at one point with plenty of room for a couple more.

Excellent place, no one in the group who came can fault it everything was in working order and thought it was good value for money

This is what i wanted for our family get together plenty of room. lovely house plenty to do. country walk which i enjoyed. 20 mins from new quay by car. with fishing and dolphin watching. shop 6 miles away which was a bind, but asda delivered. on time so had everything we needed. really enjoyed the holiday, could of done with another week to go out and explore more. any problems the owner was on call straight away. and turned up daily to check water quality of hot tub. worth the money.
